INVITATION FOR TENDER OFFERS
UNGUKA Bank Plc invites eligible bidders for selecting a competent, qualified, and experienced firm for the provision of maintenance services and support to the IT department for specific identified equipment, for two years’ framework contract.
The bidding document in English may be obtained at UNGUKA BANK Plc, Head office in Procurement service, DORONA House, KN 84.ST 3, NYARUGENGE District –Kigali City, from 10 /02/2021 during working days, from 08:00 am 5:00pm, upon presentation of payment proof of non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 or equivalent in USD as cost of the tender document to be paid on UNGUKA BANK account number: 10100490600010 (Rwandan currency) opened at NYARUGENGE Branch or using . Last date of Sale of Tender: 19/02/2021, at 5:00 pm
The invitation for tender offers is also posted on Unguka Bank’s official website www.ungukaBank.com.
Well printed bids properly bounded and presented in one sealed envelope containing technical and commercial bids (original hard copies) with a soft copy (on CD/flash disc) must reach at UNGUKA BANK Plc- Procurement Services, not later than 24/02 / 2021 at 3:00 pm-local time. Time & Date for opening of technical bids 24/02/2021, at 3:30 pm. Online submission is also acceptable and should be protected by a password, and submitted at the submission date on email: procurement@ungukabank.com; after getting the proof of payment of the tender document, and the bidder’s email address , on which the electronic copy of the tender will be submitted to interested bidder by UNGUKA BANK Plc.
The sealed envelope should clearly indicate the Tender name and Title as follows: PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF IT EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT -ICB NO 01 /2021. Late bids will be rejected.
