Inades-Formation Rwanda, is willing to purchase a truck of 10 tons loading capacity for transport of construction materials, hence all interested vendors are called to submit their proposals. Below are the specifications:
- Year of manufacture(Brand new truck);
- Engine: YC4E160-33,160HP,Euro-II;
- displacement:4620cc;
- Tire:9.00-20×7;
- Gear box:8JS85S,8 Forward & 2 Reverse;
- Cabin: 2080mm Extended cabin with A/C;
- Color white;
- Cargo dimension:4140*2200*800mm,about 7.3BM;
- Loading capacity:10Tons;
- Year :2023:
NOTE TO ALL VENDORS:
- All bids have to be submitted physically at the offices of Inades-Formation Rwanda at Remera Giporoso in a sealed envelope;
- The last Date for submission of the bids is on 22/05/2023
- A Bidder shall be any Person, Company, Corporate body, Limited company, Firm, either single or joint venture from Rwanda who are legally competent and entitled for entering into contract as per the law of contract prevailing in Rwanda.
- A Bidder shall not have a conflict of interest. All Bidders found to have a conflict of interest shall be disqualified.
- The Bidder shall be the registered vendor of trucks for more than 2 years.
- All Bidders shall include the following information and documents with their bids: A copy of business trade license and the proforma invoice showing description of the truck and the price of the truck;
- All expenses related to delivery of the truck, including duties, taxes, ownership transfer fees and other expenses necessary for the vehicle to be operated by the buyer, shall be included in the total Bid price submitted by the Bidder;
- The Bidder shall prepare one original and one copy of the documents comprising the bid;
- All Bids must be submitted by the bidder at the address specified above not later than the date indicated;
- To assist in the examination, evaluation, and comparison of Bids, the buyer may, at his discretion asks any Bidder for clarification of his bid, including breakdowns of unit rates. The request for clarification and the response shall be in writing or by cable, but no change in the price or substance of the Bid shall be sought, offered, or permitted;
- The bidder quoting the lowest cost will be declared the successful bidder. The Bidders whose Bid has been accepted will be notified of the award by the buyer by telephone, or by letter. This letter will state the sum that the buyer will pay for the truck;
- The notification of award will constitute the formal assignment of the tender, subject only to the furnishing of a purchase order from the buyer to occasion the delivery.
