Request for Quotation for the Provision of one Vehicle: (Deadline: 12 February 2021)
Hope and Homes for Children (HHC) has been operational in Rwanda since 2001 with a clear mission to enable children to experience family life and to achieve their full potential. HHC in its project “No child left behind” aims at transforming children’s lives by creating a pathway to family and community-based living for Children currently in institutional care. This project is piloting the closure of 2 institutions of Children with Disabilities (CWD). The former institutions will be transformed into inclusive Community Hub/ ECD Center that will provide services to all Children including CWD from the neighborhood of the Community Hub. Vehicles are needed to facilitate CWD access to Inclusive ECD and specialist Day Care services.
Suppliers (Individuals or companies) are invited to submit their quotations.
Scope of goods and services required
HHC would like to purchase one used vehicle in good conditions with the following specifications:
- TOYOTA Hiace Van (Minibus)
- 5 speed Manual
- Seats: 14 seats
- New Model: 2013 or +
Quotations
The quotation with photos specifying price and delivery time should be in softcopy and sent to email: info@hhcrwanda.org with a copy to ibaryinyonza@hhcrwanda.org before Friday, February 12th at 05:00 pm.
Contract Type and Period
After technical evaluation of selected vehicles by a specialized garage, a purchase order will be issued to the successful bidder. After delivery, the final payment will be made.
