Request for the Provision of one Brand New Fuso Truck Vehicle: (Deadline: 10 February 2021)
1. Introduction
SOSOMA Industries Ltd in partnership with GIZ is currently working on an Integrated Development Project «Ensuring food and job security during the COVID-19 pandemic in Rwanda by creating jobs and increasing community income through enhancement of the maize supply chain and flour processing».
The aim of the iDPP Project is to assist SOSOMA Industries Ltd in its objective to produce nutritious, affordable and sustainable fortified Maize flour to meet the nutritious demands of the population and counteract the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on food security.
One of the activities of the Integrated Development Partnership Project is to purchase a Brand New Fuso Truck vehicle.
2. Vehicle specifications

- Loading capacity :8 130 kg
- Engine Type : 4 Stroke-cycle, water cooled direct injection turbocharged diesel engine
- Fuel Tank Capacity:160 L
3. Quotation
Suppliers (Companies) are invited to submit their quotations specifying price with photos, other details describing the vehicle, delivery time and warranty period, electronically to sosoma@sosoma.rw not later than 10February 2021 at 9:30 a.m with the following documents:
- RDB Certificate of Domestic Company Registration with Business activities: Vehicle supply;
- RRA Tax Clearance Certificate;
- RRA VAT Certificate;
- 3 Certificates of Good Completion of supplying vehicles.
4. Contract Type and Period
After technical and financial evaluation, a purchase order will be issued to the successful bidder. After delivery, the final payment will be made.
