ASA Microfinance (Rwanda) Plc. is a subsidiary of ASA International which is a Public Limited Company, had been establishing Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) in different countries of Asia and Africa by playing role in poverty alleviation and women empowering and has extensive microfinance programs globally. ASA Microfinance (Rwanda) has been incorporated under Rwandan company act on 14th December 2014 with registration number 103495622 as a Public Limited Company by share. Currently, ASA Microfinance (Rwanda) plc is operating in 30 branches in different regions of the country.
Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all eligible companies specialized in the IT field with a valid experience in installation of Data Center and Disaster Recovery Site.
The tender consists of one indivisible lot.
Tender Document may be obtained by sending a request to “procurement@asarwanda.rw” , copy to : sauveur@asarwanda.rw with presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwanda francs (20,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 00040-00669026-47/RW opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) under name of ASA Microfinance Rwanda Plc (only soft copy of tender document will be shared due to measures against COVID-19).
Bidders are invited to submit quotations in accordance with requirements of the RFQ. Bids must be sent as hardcopy not later than the date and local time stated in this tender. ASA Microfinance Rwanda Plc requires that proposals remain valid for a minimum of 120 calendar days after submission.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Well-printed bids/proposals, properly bound, sealed in envelopes, and presented in 2 copies one of which is the original must reach the office of ASA Microfinance Rwanda Plc not later than 5th March 2021 at 10.00 AM (local time), Late bids will be rejected. The public opening will take place at 10h30 A.m. on the same day at ASA Microfinance Rwanda Plc meeting room.
ASA Microfinance Rwanda Plc however reserves the right to cancel this tender any time before a contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
