The Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Development Board (RAB) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in that area to submit their offers for Supply of Semen production laboratory equipments and consumables (re advertisement). Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field of livestock. The tender document may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system.
The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline.
Bids will be opened online on the same day specified time and will be conducted in accordance with the law N°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing Public Procurement.
