Supply of sport equipment and marketing materials at Bank of Kigali Plc: (Deadline 16 May 2022)

Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite bids from suppliers for the supply of sport equipment and marketing materials grouped in the following LOTs under a 1-year framework contract;
LOT 1: Volley ball sport wears
LOT 2: Football sport wears
LOT 3: Basketball sport wears
LOT 4: Promotional materials
LOT 5: Printing materials
LOT 6: Event Management
LOT 7: LED tubes for signage
LOT 8: Banding materials (Latern, Telescopic flag and feather banners, butterfly pop out)
Technical specifications for the above mentioned materials will be sent to emails of interested Bidders from the 26th April 2022. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 16th May 2022 at 3:30 PM Kigali Time and bids should be submitted on ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.
Please submit your proposals in Rwandan Francs and the proposed prices should be valid for a period of 12 months. Provide the delivery period proposed for each order and warranty terms. After bids submission, preselected bidders shall be required to submit samples for technical evaluation.
