 Right To Play is currently working in partnership with the Ministry of Education and the Rwanda Education Board to implement The Gender-Responsive And Transformation (GREAT) project in Bugesera, Kayonza, and Ruhango Districts, with funding from Global Affairs Canada (GAC). The GREAT project is procuring teaching aid kits, sports equipment, and promotional materials for 63 participating school teachers in Bugesera, Kayonza, and Ruhango Districts. The tender is divided in three lots.

Please see the separate document attached with detailed specifications of all the materials. Interested suppliers are welcome to bid for one or more lots. Bidders should submit their application documents including:

  • The quotation for the above items specifying the lot number and clearly indicate the unit price inclusive of taxes, and the length of time taken for delivery to the RTP office in Kigali after submission of LPO.
  • The RDB company registration certificate and company profile
  • The VAT certificate.
  • Tax clearance certificate and a copy of the last declaration to RRA.
  • 3 recommendations from past suppliers dated within the last 3 years of the provision of similar items.
  • Examples of items to be delivered for quality checks

Note that all bidding documents including the quotation should be in English and that the successful bidder will be able to able to provide EBM receipts when processing the payment.

All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Right To Play Kigali Office – Procurement Committee- SUPPLY OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT” by 14th September 2020 before 5:00 PM at Right To Play Rwanda Country Office located in Kiyovu, Nyarugenge District- No 17, KN 16 Avenue.
