TITLE: SUPPLY OF TAILORING EQUIPMENTS AT TVET MURUNDI IN KARONGI DISTRICT WESTERN PROVINCE.

ActionAid Rwanda hereby invites national suppliers to supply Tailoring equipment’s for the TVET Murundi in MURUNDI SECTOR, KARONGI DISTRICT.
Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUPPLIER
- Proof of 3 similar works with similar magnitude and complexity undertaken
- Current Tax compliance certificate
- Company registration certificate (RDB)
Qualified and Interested organizations or individuals should submit a detailed supply proposal with costs including tax and transport to Murundi and Gitesi sectors along with supporting documentation in English not later than 29th October 2021 through email : ActionaidRwanda.Procurement@actionaid.org between 9 :30am to 11:30 am failures to submit in the above-mentioned interval of time, the bid will be rejected.
Interested bidders should note that only those who meeting criteria indicated above as minimum requirements will be considered for further evaluations.
The supplier with uncompleted project with ActionAid Rwanda will not be taken in consideration.
