Tender for hiring Professional Conference Organizers (PCO) to manage CHOGM forums at Rwanda Convention Bureau: (Deadline 9 April 2021)
RCB would like to hire highly experienced Professional Conference Organizers (PCO) to carry out the organization; coordination and management of Commonwealth Head of Government (CHOGM) forums to take place from 20th – 27th June 2021.
The tender is scheduled in four lots that could be assigned to different eligible and successful service providers:
Lot1: Youth Forum to take place from 20th to 22nd June 2021 at the Intare Arena
Lot2: Women’s Forum to take place from 22nd to 23rd June 2021 at Kigali Serena Hotel
Lot3: People’s Forum to take place from 22nd to 23rd June 2021 at Ubumwe Hotel
Lot4: Business forum to take place from 22nd to 24th June 2021 at KCEV
Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders. More details on the services are provided in the terms of references.
The tender documents with detailed terms of references may be obtained on any working day in Procurement Office, RCB Headquarter in RDB building, 2nd floor upon presentation of proof of payment of non-refundable fees amounting to Rwf 10,000 payable on RCB account number 0009507728806-72 open in Bank of Kigali (BK).
For interested bidders, a site visit for the venues is compulsory and it is scheduled for the 2nd April, 2021. Certificates will be offered to bidders who attended.
Original bids, well printed, properly bound presented with one additional copy in sealed envelopes must reach RCB procurement office not later than Friday, April 9th, 2021 at 10:00 AM local time. Bids will be opened immediately in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
The outer envelope should clearly highlight the tender reference number, the title of tender and the bidder’s name.
