TENDER NOTICE
CONDUCT CAPACITY BUILDING OF FARMER GROUPS ON AGRI- FINANCING SOLUTIONS TO COMPLEMENT THE EXISTING SAVING AND LOANING SCHEMES

AEE Rwanda is currently implementing a project called; “Catalyzing Market Prospects for Horticulture Smallholder Farmers and Small and Medium Enterprise in Rwanda” in a consortium of AEE Rwanda and Tear fund Rwanda under the funding from the European Union, through
MINECOFIN in in 4 districts (Kayonza, Rwamagana, Bugesera and Gasabo), is looking for potential bidders to conduct capacity building of farmer groups on agri-financing solutions to complement the existing saving and loaning schemes.
Terms of references are found in the tender document. Tender document is given after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040-00047325-22 RWF / AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali.
Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office/Gishushu not later than January 12 the 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected.
Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:10 am.
Bids must include: CVs of Team Leader & Team members, Technical & Financial proposal (price including Taxes), EBM Certificate, VAT certificate, RRA Tax clearance for the case of companies, Performance letter of successful completion from three companies, payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF, full address of the bidder form provided by AEE Rwanda.
