TITLE: Provision of Transport services for CPCIC’s staff
The Cleaner Production and Climate Innovation Center (CPCIC) is part of Rwanda’s effort to build a sustainable economy that puts the environment and climate change at the heart of all its policies, programs and plans. The Center replaced the Rwanda Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production Center (RRECPC), which was established in 2008 and was instrumental in mobilizing local industries and SMEs to adopt cleaner and greener technologies and practices
CLEANERPRODUCTIONANDCLIMATEINNOVATIONCENTER(CPCIC)here by invites Bids from eligible bidders specialized in transport services to submit bids for the Provision of Transport services for CPCIC’s staff.
Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the specified field above. The companies must be registered with the relevant authority of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on the blacklist recorded by Rwanda Public Procurement Authority(RPPA).The tender for provision of transport services is composed by one indivisible lot.
Tender document may be obtained by lodging a request at info cpcic@nirda.gov.rw.
CPCIC is committed to environmental protection and hence, no physical documents willbeissued.Onlythosewhowillhaverequestedthetenderdocumentwillbeeligibletobid.
All bids“shall” be accompanied by a “bid security from financial institutions or insurance company equivalent to One Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs(100,000Frw).

Well-presented bids, properly organized must be delivered to CPCIC, NIRDA Headquarters Offices, located in Kigali City Tower, 13th Floor not later than February 23th,2023at 10:00 am Rwanda time. Latebids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at CPCIC offices, located in Kigali city tower, 13th Floor at 10:30 am local time.
