Tender : Provinding Internet Services to AEE Rwanda especially in the districts of Gasabo, Rusizi and Kayonza at AEE Rwanda (Deadline: 23 January 2023)
TENDER NOTICE
African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) is looking for potential bidders to provide Internet services to AEE Rwanda especially in the districts of Gasabo, Rusizi and Kayonza.
The related tender document is provided after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040-00047325-22 RWF / AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali
Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than January 23, 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:10 am.
- Bids must include:
- Financial proposal (price including VAT),
- RDB certificate,
- VAT certificate,
- Tax Clearance,
- EBM
- Three Letters of successful completion in providing these services preferably in NGOs,
- At least 5 years serving similar businesses preferably in NGOs,
- RURA clearance certifications.
