TITLE: Supply of office supplies and electronic equipment
CLIENT: Inades-Formation Rwanda
Inades-Formation Rwanda hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for the provision of office supplies and electronic equipment.
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 8:00 am to 05:00 pm
at Inades-Formation Rwanda headquarters at Remera, KG 109 ST 2, in the Secretariat Office, upon presentation of a proof of payment of a nonrefundable fee of twenty thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 00257-00696678-38 opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) under the name of Inades Prestation.
Well printed bids written in either French, English or Kinyarwanda language, addressed
to the Country Director, P.O Box 866 Kigali, properly bound and presented in two copies
of which, one is original, in sealed envelopes marked “Request for the provision of office supplies and electronic equipment” be submitted to the office Reception not later than
30 January 2023 at 02.30 pm.
Bids will be opened at Inades-Formation Rwanda on 30 January 2023 at 03.00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Inades-Formation Rwanda offices.
